Cat Mews aka Light-Up Kitty House is a Vintage 1994 Pollyville Building compact, part of the Animal Wonderland collection.

Condition

PLEASE ALWAYS LOOK VERY CLOSLEY AT ALL PICTURES FOR THE MOST ACCURATE CONDITION OF THIS ITEM.

*BOX:

Box has been opened (inside is sealed), there are marks, dents and wear, there are marks all over the box which i think are from a fizzy drink that was spilled (before it came to us), we have tried to clean off as much as possible (managed to get a lot off was very bad), there is still some traces mostly inside the box, this can probably be removed to be honest with some care. 

*Interior Packaging:

As mentioned under ‘BOX’ there are marks inside the box which with care should be easily cleaned up. The bubble packaging is still sealed to the cardboard packaging (could do with a very good deep clean to get bits off the seams of the packaging, again should be easy enough with time and care)

*SET:

MIB – STILL SEALED in packaging

(If OPENED) Hammock out the front rocks, gate opens, deck chair/chaise lounge outside folds, hanging chair in living room turns, wardrobe in bedroom opens.

Battery opening is in the chimney, you would usually press the chimney on top to turn the lights on. If you decide to open, you will need 1 x AAA battery

Condition Terms:

MOC/MIB – Mint on card or Mint in Box – still in original packaging.

MC – Mint Condition – No wear at all (unless factory wear), like brand new.

NM – Near Mint Condition – Basically no wear at all, possibly excess paint flecks from factory or the tiny weeniest bit of wear. Very Very light scratches.

EUC – Excellent Used Condition – Hardly any wear if any, almost as new.

VGUC – Very Good Used Condition – Very minimal wear

GUC – Good Used Condition – Some wear & tear.

UC – Used Condition – Usually lots of wear & tear.
