We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase/s but if for any reason you are not satisfied or wish to return or exchange your order then please Contact Us.

Products ordered online may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused & in their original condition. Returns/exchanges are subject to exclusions & restrictions that are listed below. For our UK & EU Customers you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. International Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You must provide a proof of purchase & contact details.

Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned.

  • Products that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification.
  • Custom orders, (including custom quantities, designs, collections & sets)
  • Perishable goods (including ‘Eat Me Edibles’ & some hampers, gift sets)
  • Beauty products and fragrances
  • Certain accessories (e.g. pierced earrings)
  • Event Tickets

Postage refunds: For UK Customers, we will also refund you for your initial postage price to the value of our standard/basic postage cost only. EU & International customers we do not refund the price for original postage. For both UK, EU & International we will not refund you for return shipping costs.

Orders shipped outside of the EU, please note that we cannot return any taxes, duties or delivery charges associated with your order. You will be refunded the price of the products only upon return. Certain countries permit refunds of custom duties paid on product you subsequently return; however, you will need to apply to your local authority to process that. We are unable to support these applications or support return of import taxes & duties in countries that do not offer this scheme.

Promotional discounts and refunds

If a promotional discount or coupon code was applied to your original order, the same discount will be applied to each product of your order upon return. You will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your order or any given product. Any free promotional gift given with your order or free gift/s given through a coupon code with your order must also be returned if you are returning the product(s) to which the gift relates. We will endeavour to process your return on the day we receive your parcel, however, refunds could take up to 14 days. When the return is processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. It will usually take five days from receipt of the email for your account to be credited, however some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account.
